At times we get so caught up in the every day hustle, drama, and the conditioning of how things should be, rather than having love, appreciation and acceptance for how things are.

And this fight and struggle of ”things need to be different” bring us nothing but stress, anxiety, pain, suffering and eventually lead us to doubt, low self-esteem, low self-confidence because we tell ourselves we aren’t good enough or capable enough and this is why our life sucks or is so hard. Can you relate?

And this negative self-talk and the negative image we build around our life and our inner self brings nothing but chaos, pain and suffering. This way of feeling and being turns into a vicious cycle we can’t ourselves out of for days, months, years and times decades unless we do something differently and break the pattern.

So, what can we do differently?

The first step is to stop. Stop focusing on everything that is wrong in your life and/or focusing on everything you have a lack for. Instead of focusing on “things need to be different,” I am challenging you to focus on why everything that is right in your life and to be in gratitude for the blessing you have in your life.

No matter who you are and what you are going through you can find at least on thing in your life that you are grateful for, (ex. you can breathe, you can see, there is someone out there that cares for you, etc.)

And if you can focus on this one thing that is going right for you, and eventually move towards a second thing that is going right for you, a third, etc., a wide array of opportunity will open up for you.

A different “present moment” one full of acceptance, love and gratitude will exist, which can only bring joy and happiness into your life.

And only when you are in this place of joy and happiness you can manifest, a different vision, a different future, and only from this place of acceptance, love and gratitude you can tap into that beautiful place that is “you”.

So my challenge for you is to see the joy, happiness and fulfillment that is right in front of you.
