Working on your mindset helps you create the life you want!
In fact, it’s so critically important it’s the difference between those who are super successful and those who end up never creating the true life they want.
Just remember that thoughts create things and in my experience, coaching and mentoring over the years, it’s one thing to have a great vision, but if you can’t implement that vision while you operate from inner peace and power, life won’t be as fulfilling and joyful. You will always feel like there is something missing.
If you find that you are stuck, or that your income has stayed the same for any length of time, or that you have little self-confidence, or you worry about what others think of you, it all comes down to working on your mindset.
I’ve been in so many tough places in my life, and what’s ultimately got me out of tough situations, that’s helped me to achieve more than I ever thought possible is developing and growing myself.
Think about it. If someone doesn’t want to go to a gym or workout but they know they need to lose weight, it’s their brain that stops them. If a person is always late wherever they go, it’s most likely they’re using excuses, again, mindset.
If you consistently find yourself talking about everything that is going wrong in your life, it’s your mindset. It’s the limiting beliefs and conditioning you carry with yourself, the beliefs you are not aware of.

- Make decisions quickly and change them slowly.
- Identify what you want and create a definite plan to achieve it.
- Journal to get to know yourself and remove any negative emotions, feelings, and thoughts.
- Learn to become an observer of your thoughts, emotions, sensations throughout your day. Make note of what triggers you, so that you can overcome your triggers.
- Forgive yourself and others on a daily basis.
- Build a solid relationship with yourself.
- Accept and appreciate people, situations, circumstances, and events exactly as they are.
- Give without the intention of getting something in return.
- Shut your mind from negative and encouraging influences.
- Find one person who will encourage you to follow through with your plans.
If you’ve found yourself wanting to make some type of change in your career or personal life, but haven’t had the courage to fully follow through with it, it’s most likely because you’re missing the support from one individual who will encourage you to follow through with your plans.
The right support is an important part of your mindset shift, and it was the key ingredient for my mindset shift to transition from a finance job sitting in a cubicle to working from my laptop, traveling the world and having creative and personal freedom.
Don’t ever let fear of failure, success, investing in yourself, etc. stop you from seeking the key ingredient that is needed for your success.
The reality is that if you were to ask people what they want 98% of them won’t be able to answer this question and the few that do typically share answers such as happiness, love, success, etc.
What this means is that you don’t have to know what you want, or what’s next in your life, all you have to know is that you want to improve your career or personal life in some way or another.
