Working on your mindset helps you create the life you want!

In fact, it’s so critically important it’s the difference between those who are super successful and those who end up never creating the true life they want.

Just remember that thoughts create things and in my experience, coaching and mentoring over the years, it’s one thing to have a great vision, but if you can’t implement that vision while you operate from inner peace and power, life won’t be as fulfilling and joyful. You will always feel like there is something missing.

If you find that you are stuck, or that your income has stayed the same for any length of time, or that you have little self-confidence, or you worry about what others think of you, it all comes down to working on your mindset.

I’ve been in so many tough places in my life, and what’s ultimately got me out of tough situations, that’s helped me to achieve more than I ever thought possible is developing and growing myself.

Think about it. If someone doesn’t want to go to a gym or workout but they know they need to lose weight, it’s their brain that stops them. If a person is always late wherever they go, it’s most likely they’re using excuses, again, mindset.

If you consistently find yourself talking about everything that is going wrong in your life, it’s your mindset. It’s the limiting beliefs and conditioning you carry with yourself, the beliefs you are not aware of.

Here are the top 7 mindset challenges that are painful for many individuals (just so you don’t feel like you’re the only one).

  1. Fear of failure
  2. No confidence
  3. Worrying what others think
  4. Not staying focused
  5. Not feeling good enough
  6. Worrying about money
  7. Lack of direction

10 Ways To Build A Rock Solid Mindset To Create The Life You Want

  1. Make decisions quickly and change them slowly.
  2. Identify what you want and create a definite plan to achieve it.
  3. Journal to get to know yourself and remove any negative emotions, feelings, and thoughts.
  4. Learn to become an observer of your thoughts, emotions, sensations throughout your day. Make note of what triggers you, so that you can overcome your triggers.
  5. Forgive yourself and others on a daily basis.
  6. Build a solid relationship with yourself.
  7. Accept and appreciate people, situations, circumstances, and events exactly as they are.
  8. Give without the intention of getting something in return.
  9. Shut your mind from negative and encouraging influences.
  10. Find one person who will encourage you to follow through with your plans.

If you’ve found yourself wanting to make some type of change in your career or personal life, but haven’t had the courage to fully follow through with it, it’s most likely because you’re missing the support from one individual who will encourage you to follow through with your plans.

The right support is an important part of your mindset shift, and it was the key ingredient for my mindset shift to transition from a finance job sitting in a cubicle to working from my laptop, traveling the world and having creative and personal freedom.

Don’t ever let fear of failure, success, investing in yourself, etc. stop you from seeking the key ingredient that is needed for your success.

The reality is that if you were to ask people what they want 98% of them won’t be able to answer this question and the few that do typically share answers such as happiness, love, success, etc.

What this means is that you don’t have to know what you want, or what’s next in your life, all you have to know is that you want to improve your career or personal life in some way or another.

If this is true for you, I invite you to ask me about one of the spots that are still Open for my “Live Your Truth” group coaching program, which will be starting at the end of this month. Here are what others have said about my coaching thus far.

“Prior to working with Dragana I was challenged with staying consistent and focused. I was also lacking awareness of my insecurities and how those negative voices inside my head did damage to my self-esteem and ultimately derailed my personal goals. Since working with Dragana I find myself following a morning routine more consistently and I’m starting to make progress on my personal goals with Dragana’s help. It’s more a part of my daily focus rather than something I think about once in a while.

Initially, I was hesitant to work with Dragana because I feared I didn’t have worthy goals to warrant a personal coach but after talking with her personally, I felt like I could gain more than just someone to hold me accountable. I got the sense I would learn more about me, my insecurities and how my thought patterns have held me back and how to overcome those things. Dragana helps you from multiple angles.

My favorite part of working with Dragana was that no matter what I confided to her, she helped me move through it or past it. Nothing phased her. One thing you can expect if you work with Dragana is that she is going to help you learn about yourself in a way you might not be aware. She helped me to pay attention to my inner voice, how to train myself to catch any negative thoughts, work through them and come out on the other side so they don’t derail me from reaching my goals.” – Rebecca

Dragana has helped me to meet my goals by clarifying the goals and devising a clear, effective plan for meeting them.  Dragana is intelligent, insightful, supportive, and effective.   I recommend her to anyone who is trying to gain more clarity and see results.”Ethan

“I met Dragana at a stage in my life where I have been preparing myself for major changes in my career. I had my goals set and was waiting for the right time to move. But the right time never arrives unless you take action.

Dragana helped me get crystal clear with my goals and purpose. She challenged me to face my fears and live on the edge of my capabilities and desires in life. I did cross the terror barrier with her guidance. My purpose is now clear and all things necessary to get there are magically emerging as I go along on my journey. The speed by which they arrive is incredibly fast and the amazing part is that my energy has also shifted with the same pace and I can absolutely feel that my other self has taken over and is doing so at a high vibration.

Dragana thank you for showing up and for bringing the side of me back in that I love so much.” – Hamed
