I love Thanksgiving because it’s the perfect time for me to get away from my computer and my long “To Do” list.

It’s also the perfect time to host Thanksgiving dinner for people I love and deeply care for.

During this week one thing I absolutely love doing is taking extra time to reflect on everything I’m grateful for.

This is such a wonderful practice that grounds me in the present and allows me to appreciate everything about my life – including things that might be challenging at the moment.

This week I encourage you to do the same. Take a moment out of your schedule and come up with at least 50 things you’re grateful for.

You might be thinking… WHAT!? – That’s a lot.

Well, I’ll challenge you to give it a shot. I know you can find at least 50 things you’re grateful for.

Don’t forget to add some of the big stuff to your list that you might sometimes overlook. Stuff such as, the ability to see, walk, talk, etc., your morning coffee, etc.
